Returns and Exchanges 


If it’s not the right book for you, not what you expected etc.

We realize that choosing the right book can sometimes be difficult. SprintBooks 100% satisfaction policy means that you can return any item you have bought from us within 14 days of purchase for credit, refund, or exchange, provided they are still in prime condition when they arrive with us.  Returned items remain the property and responsibility of the customer until they arrive at SprintBooks, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage incurred due to inadequate packaging before the goods arrive at our offices.

Sorry, but we cannot exchange items where the seal on the CD or disk container has been broken. This is an acceptance of the licensing terms by the buyer, and also means we cannot supply this book to anyone else in the future. We also do not accept returns of items that are listed a Special Order or Firm Sale.

We do not refund the original delivery cost for unwanted items returned more than 7 days from day of receipt, also we do not refund the return postage cost to us for any unwanted items.

 

If you think the item is faulty or damaged, or is not the item that you ordered

Faulty printing does sometimes occur and there have sometimes been cases of damage during transit. In this case you can return the item either for an exchange or a full refund.

When you request a returns number we will provide you with a Freepost address (for UK customers) to return the item to. In the case of a full refund we will also refund the original delivery cost.

 

How do you go about returning an item to SprintBooks?

First of all click here to contact us and request a returns number. Please do not return items to us without first obtaining a returns number, as it may delay your refund/exchange.

Please write on the parcel the returns number you are given. It is helpful in our monitoring of customer service if you can use the returns form which was provided with your order but don’t worry if this is not to hand. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund, credit or exchange as requested, in accordance with the above terms.

 

Our returns policy conforms to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
