To find the book you want simply search the catalogue using the search box in the top
menu. Or you can browse through our listing by product
type, subject area and subject; at any time you can search within the type, subject or
area by choosing the appropriate option in the drop down menu under the search box.
Alternatively, you can use the advanced search,
where you can search for either the title, contents, group, publisher, author’s name,
our reference number, or the ISBN. You can also specify the user level, availability and
upper price limit for the book.
SprintBooks has a reputation for fast, inexpensive delivery and excellent
customer service. Rather than sending everything via one courier or the normal postal
service, we give you the choice of a range of delivery
options; if you need something urgently, we can organise this without needing to make
special arrangements.

When we receive your order we pass it to one of our sales team. This is done by
electronic mail but in order to keep your card details secure your details are then
encrypted again using Pretty Good Privacy (PGP, international version) utilising a 1024
bit encryption key; this is military grade security.
You can exchange your book if it is not right for you - simply contact us within 21 days and we'll arrange for an
alternative to be sent out to you. Some title are sold on a firm
sale basis. These titles are exempt from our 21 days returns
policy.
Sorry, but because of software licensing regulations we are unable to exchange an item
if the seal or package of the disk has been opened.
