are already registered as an affiliate with Computer Manuals or BookFellas
then you can login using that information.
There is no need to
reregister.

This Agreement is the terms and conditions that apply to your
participation in SprintBooks Affiliate Scheme, either as an
individual or a company. For convenience, "we", "us"
and "our" means SprintBooks Limited and "you"
and "your" refers to you the applicant applying to join the
Affiliate Scheme.
1. Joining Affiliate Scheme
For enrolment into the Affiliate Scheme, you need to complete and
submit a sign-up application form via our web site. We will evaluate
your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance
or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (at our
sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Affiliate
Scheme.
Should your application be rejected, SprintBooks Limited
welcomes you to re-apply to the Scheme at any time.
2. Links on Your Site
This agreement allows you a revocable, non-exclusive,
licence for the term of the Agreement, for purpose of referrals from your site to
SprintBooks.co.uk web site, to use products, images and links to our Web Site.
There are three usual ways to link:
A. Featured Titles Featured Links. You may select as many
products as you wish to list on your site. For each product you
display the title, image and any other description. You will be responsible for the content,
and accuracy of these references. You will provide a special link from
each featured product on your site to the corresponding SprintBooks page. The link URL will be in a special format that we give you. You may add or
remove products and links from your site at any time.
B. General Link to SprintBooks.co.uk Home Page: You may provide a
general link on your site to our home page in a format to be provided by us. We will provide you with guidelines and graphical artwork to
use in linking to the SprintBooks.co.uk home page.
C. Search box. You may include a SprintBooks Search Box on your
site enabling the customer to search SprintBooks Online Bookstore
directly.
3. Ordering Process
It is our responsibility to take and process order from customers
who follow special links from your site to ours. We have the
right to reject orders at our own discretion and subject to our own
credit authorization rules.
We are responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment and
processing including customer service.
Using the link format provided to you, including your affiliate code,
we will track the orders generated from links from your Site and
provide data on this to you, including referral fees due to you.
To allow us to accurately report this information to you and
to accrue referral fees, you must use the link format specified
by us. We will not be liable for any fees on sales made, which
are not correctly tracked because the links from your site are not in
the proper format.
4. Referral Fees
We will pay you referral fees on sales of specified products. For a product sale to generate a referral fee, the customer
must follow a special link (in the format specified by us) from your
site to the SprintBooks web site; purchase the product on the SprintBooks.co.uk
web site using our ordering system; accept
delivery of the product, and make full
payment to SprintBokks.co.uk. We will not pay
referral fees on products that are added to a customer's Shopping
Basket after the customer has re-entered our site from another source, even if the customer previously
followed a link from your site to our site. The
Affiliate Scheme is intended for third party use only and you may not
buy products through the Affiliate Scheme for your own use.
5. Referral Fees Schedule
You will earn referral fees based on SprintBooks actual
selling price of products according to the referral fee schedules to
be published by us from time to time. The selling price excludes costs for
dispatching, handling, and taxes (including VAT, if any). SprintBooks current fee schedule is:
8% of the SprintBooks actual selling price for sales of each
product.
6. Payment of Referral fees.
Fees will be paid on a quarterly basis. We will pay by cheque about
30 days after the end of the calendar quarter in question. VAT will be
included, but you will need a valid VAT invoice for this. If the
payable fees are less than £50, then the amount will be held over
until the following quarter. Return fees in respect of sold products
returned to us will be taken the subsequent quarterly payment.
If there is no further fee accrued to you, we will send you an invoice
for this amount.
7. Customers
Customers who buy products through this affiliate scheme are
customers of SprintBooks. This means we are responsible for all
aspects of fulfillment and customer service. It also means
that SprintBooks standard rules, terms and procedures apply to
the transaction, and the prices are those of the SprintBooks Web Site
8. Responsibility for Your Site
You are responsible for your Web Site and for all content on your
site. This includes:
The technical programming maintenance and configuration of
hardware and software.
Display of products, descriptions and the maintenance of links to
the SprintBooks Web Site in the correct format.
Non - violation of the personal or property rights of third parties
(e.g. copyright, trademarks, privacy, libel)
Maintaining the legality of your own site
Maintenance of the accuracy of all content, including product
information.
SprintBooks disclaims any responsibility or liability for such
matters
9. Term of the Agreement
This Agreement starts with our acceptance of your application to
become an affiliate.
Either party may terminate at any time. You will then be eligible for
fees accrued during the term of the agreement.
10. Changes to this Agreement
We may change any of the terms of this Agreement by posting a
new Agreement on our Web Site. If you find a change is unacceptable,
then your remedy is to terminate this agreement
11. Limitation of Liability
Neither we nor you will be liable for any amount in excess of the
total referral fees paid to you or payable to you. Neither you
nor we will be liable for any consequential losses, punitive damages
or additional expenses
12. Disclaimers
Neither we nor you nor our suppliers make any representations
or warranties about the accuracy, suitability or completeness of:
A. The information continued in the documents and graphics
published on this site: or
B. Any of the products of whatever nature which appear on this
Site, and which may appear on your Site under the terms of the
Affiliate Scheme.
13. Jurisdiction
Contracts formed between SprintBooks and users as a result of
using this site shall be governed in all respects by English law and
all such users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
Further this Agreement shall be governed by English Law and both
parties agree to the jurisdiction of the English Courts
